  SDP presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo on Thursday 29th September, signed the first National Peace Accords, committing himself to a peaceful campaign for the 2023 general elections. The accord was organized by the National Peace Committee.   According to the NPC, this is the first signing of the peace accord, while the second signing will take place in January 2023 just before the general elections.  The signing took place at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.   The SDP Presidential candidate, Prince Adewole Adebayo has called for a conscious effort towards maintaining peace after elections in the country, not just during elections. The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressive Congress, Hon. Yakubu Ajaka has commiserated with the Minister of State, Federal Capital Territory, Hajiya Ramatu Tijjani over the death of her beloved mother, Hajiya Zainab Sidi Ali. The late Hajiya Zainab died on Tuesday evening after a brief illness.
