QUEEN LILLIAN VISITS JKS ORPHANAGE HOME AND AUTISM CENTER, DONATES ITEMS.

 The wife of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Presidential candidate, Queen Lillian Adebayo, on Saturday 22nd October, paid a visit to JKS Orphanage Home and Autism Center for Children with Special Needs in Abuja.


She was accompanied by SDP FCT women leaders and supporters.

Speaking during the visit, Queen Lillian commended the owners and management of the place on the good job of creating a beautiful environment for the children to feel comfortable and happy.

She said, “I want to say a big, big well-done to you and to your staff. You have done a really good job. I'm so proud of you”.

“On behalf of my foundation, the queen Lillian Adebayo Foundation and on behalf of my husband, the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, the people and these women here, on behalf of every one of us, we've come to give you these gifts.

“Please continue this good work, don't relent because the God who called you to do this would not allow your foot to be moved as the Bible says, and you would see the favor of God upon your life. Nobody who comes out to do work like this goes unrewarded; you will be rewarded in the ways that you never, ever imagined possible for you”.

The Founder of the orphanage explained what the home does to help children with special needs.

“Our work on this side is only for children with special needs and to cater for children with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other intellectual disabilities who are orphans some were abandoned by their parents and the ones from low income homes”.

They also expressed gratitude for the donation by the Queen Lillian Foundation.

The items donated by Queen Lillian and her team were, bags of rice, beans, gallons of red and groundnut oil, cartons of bournvita, milk, noodles

of different flavors snacks, packs of drinks, water, spaghetti, toiletries and diapers of different sizes, lots of cooked food, bags of semo, clothes, shoes and cash.

Ajaka, Melaye’s Decision Not to Contest Ododo's Victory in Best Interest of Kogi, Says Group

KOGI: 21 Ajaokuta kidnapped victims rescued within 48 hours as Governor Bello reiterates zero tolerance for criminal activities

 The 21 victims kidnapped along the Ajaokuta-Itobe road in Kogi State, on Thursday, have been rescued, within 48 hours, by a joint team of security operatives, comprising personnel of the Nigerian Police Force , Civil Defence and local vigilantes. The victims, predominantly travelers, had been whisked away to an unknown destination within the dense forest around the Ajaokuta Local Government Area of Kogi State.
